Where did you grow up? I grew up in Plains, MT.
Tell us about your family. I was raised on a cattle ranch by two wonderful parents who taught me many things. I have been blessed with an older sister and two younger brothers.
Share something about yourself that might surprise people. Being raised by two Norwegian parents allotted me the opportunity to spend some of my summer breaks in Norway.
Briefly describe your work experience. A majority of my work experience over the last 15 years has involved working with children of all ages and backgrounds. I have also spent some time working in the medical field.
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be?It is very difficult for me to pick just one place. However, I have wanted to see Italy since I was a little girl.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? When I am not working I enjoy most things outdoors. (hiking, boating, camping and exploring) I love reading and traveling but my favorite thing to do is spend time with my nieces and nephews.
What draws you most to this type of work? The hope of making a difference. I can't think of a more rewarding job than to influence our youth in a positive way.
